importly.io is a chrome extension for Elevate, a talent partner product of belong.co. Importly.io helps recruiters identify, add and reach-out to candidates using LinkedIn & Naukri. This came with its own challenges of what the recruiters would like to know about the candidates vs what is absolutely essential.
In the end, the design focussed on the user research and added a few features like the timelines and existing jobs to enhance the user experience.
